Camera Cube
Overview
Camera Cube is a ready-to-use ESP32 Wi-Fi camera module that integrates the Camera-M development board, the Basic expansion board, and a 300mAh lithium battery. It also comes with a dedicated enclosure and a LEGO-compatible mount for rapid prototyping and deployment.

The design of the Camera Cube allows makers to get started with the ESP32 camera module immediately, without complex wiring or prior setup. Its built-in Camera-M development board features 4MB Flash and 8MB PSRAM, and is equipped with an OV2640 image sensor capable of capturing photos at 1600×1200 resolution or streaming video over Wi-Fi. The Basic expansion board breaks out 10 GPIO pins along with UART and I2C interfaces. It also provides a USB serial port, an SD card slot, and a charging management circuit. With its integrated 300mAh lithium battery, the module can operate independently without an external power supply.

Camera Cube supports mainstream development platforms such as Arduino, PlatformIO, and ESP-IDF.
Testing
The module comes with preloaded firmware. Follow the steps below to perform the test:
- Toggle the power switch on the bottom to the ON position.
- On your phone, scan for a Wi-Fi network starting with
Node-and connect to it (password:nodenode). - Open the web browser on your phone and enter
192.168.4.1in the address bar. - Through the webpage, you can view real-time video or modify network settings.
