Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, we will process a refund accordingly.
Note: A 3.5% transaction fee charged by PayPal and credit card platforms will be deducted from your refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Return or Exchange of Unopened Items
- Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is unopened and unused. - Process
Please contact order@nodematrix.cc to obtain a return authorization before sending the product back. - Costs
- For refunds, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for all related shipping costs, including return and reshipment.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- Eligibility
If the product is found to be defective or damaged within 14 days from the date of dispatch, you may request a free replacement. - Process

Non-Returnable Items
- Firmware installed online is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
- Subscription services, such as the
Node-App Plus Plan, are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
